Saratoga CRM Expands Management with New Vice President of Professional Services and New Vice President of Sales

--Expanded Team Underscores Company Commitment and Success in Providing ROI-Driven CRM Solutions --

Campbell, Calif. - March 10, 2003 - Saratoga CRM, Inc., an established, global customer relationship management (CRM) software provider for medium-to-large multinational organizations, announced today two new additions to its executive team, Larry Blair and Mario Cavagnari. Blair joins as vice president of professional services and Cavagnari as vice president of sales. They offer a combined 36 years of experience in professional services and sales within enterprise software firms. Blair is responsible for driving the success of Saratoga's professional services team, which offers best practices for accelerating time to market of Saratoga's products and services. Cavagnari is responsible for overseeing sales for Saratoga, bringing a wealth of CRM sales experience and a proven track record from companies such as Clarify and Seagate Software.

Blair brings more than 23 years of experience in technology services and executive management to his position at Saratoga CRM. Most recently, he served as worldwide vice president of sales and marketing operations at Clarify and Nortel Networks. At Clarify, he led the development and management of global sales and marketing business operations for CRM software sales. Prior to that, he was the worldwide vice president of consulting and educational services for Clarify.

Cavagnari brings 13 years of expertise to the sales team at Saratoga CRM. Most recently he was vice president of worldwide sales for Digital Fuel Technologies, where he made substantial gains for the company. Prior to that, Cavagnari also worked at Clarify and Nortel Networks. With Clarify, he was general manager of sales for the Asia Pacific, Japan and Latin America regions. After the acquisition of Clarify, he remained general manager of the eBusiness Applications Division of Latin America for Nortel Networks.
