Saratoga 's User Conferences are currently scheduled to take place in Dallas , Chicago , Philadelphia , Boston , New York , and Los Angeles . Among the Saratoga customers profiling CRM applications at these conferences will be line of business and IT executives from Konica Minolta, Rhodia, Unitrin, Oce, Johnson Controls, Lincoln Financial, and BlackRock, among others.
